If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use our Services. These T&Cs constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SVINGO.

SVINGO's services may not be available to residents of certain jurisdictions due to legal restrictions; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

3. Trading Risks and Advice

You acknowledge that trading financial instruments, including Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, and Crypto, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. SVINGO is a broker and does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions made by you are solely your responsibility.

4. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify SVINGO immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos on the SVINGO platform are the proprietary property of SVINGO or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Termination

SVINGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services, without prior notice, if you violate these T&Cs or engage in any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
